This finely crafted ring features a rare and large 6.18ct Malaia garnet, found in the Umba Valley in Kenya. The gemstone was carefully faceted to bring out the best of its colour.

The garnet has been set by our expert jeweller in fine platinum clasps, and is surrounded by 16 meticulously set matched oval cut diamonds that total 1.80ct, with extra tiny brilliant cut diamonds in between. This creates a bold halo of differing light shafts. 18 additional diamonds adorn the intricately carved filigree 18ct rose gold band. Combining rose gold and platinum brings out the rich tones of the garnet.
