Sweet Sweet Love Custom Bespoke Jewellery Experience giveaway

Competition entry excludes spend related to repairs, restorations, valuations, gold trades and bullion purchases.  

Customers will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every NZD $250 (including GST) spent in a single transaction during the promotional period.  

The NZD $250 (including GST) threshold must be met within one individual transaction. Purchases cannot be combined or aggregated across multiple transactions to meet the NZD $250 (including GST) requirement. 

There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may receive during the promotional period provided each qualifying entry is based on a separate eligible transaction of at least NZD $250 (including GST). 

If a qualifying purchase is returned, cancelled, refunded or exchanged resulting in the transaction falling below NZD $250 (including GST), the corresponding entry will be deemed invalid. 

The prize not transferable or redeemable for cash, vouchers, gold, silver or stock items 

The Promoter reserves the right to run adhoc entry mechanics that require no spend anytime between 5pm 19th February 2026 and 11.59pm 23rd March 2026 across any of their channels or paid media and partner channels. 

A randomly generated draw will take place at The Village Goldsmith, 78 Victoria St, Wellington Central at 9.30am on Wednesday 25th March, 2026 

Winners will be notified by phone, or client’s preferred method of contact, no later than 5pm on Weds 25th March, 2026 

If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days of the draw, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The Promoter will cover up to NZD$5,000 incl GST retail value of the design and manufacturing of the resulting piece. Anything above and beyond this will be covered by the winner. Pricing will be communicated during the design process. 

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. 

Prize must be initiated/redeemed by 11.59pm on Thursday, 25th March, 2027. 

The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize and consents to the use of their name and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
