'Little Messages of Love' Engraving Promotion

-Promotion valid from 4 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive.

-Customers who spend $1,000 or more (including GST) during the promotional period are eligible for complimentary laser engraving.

-For online purchases, in the order note section simply add the message you'd like to be engraved and our team will get back to you to confirm.

-Complimentary laser engraving is available only on jewellery pieces and projects deemed suitable for engraving by The Village Goldsmith.

-This promotion does not apply to repairs, resizes, gift card purchases, gold trades and exchanges.

-Complimentary laser engraving includes standard text engraving using The Village Goldsmith's selected engraving fonts. 

-Complimentary hand engraving is not included as part of this promotion, contact us for a quote if preferred.

-Custom artwork, symbols, illustrations, handwriting reproduction, or other non-standard engraving requests will incur an additional artwork setup fee and/or engraving charges. Contact our team if you're interested.

-All custom engraving requests are subject to assessment and approval by The Village Goldsmith.

-Character limits and size restrictions may apply depending on the piece selected.

The Village Goldsmith reserves the right to determine whether a piece is suitable for engraving and to decline any engraving request that is not technically feasible.

-Depending on the engraving requirements, personalised engraving may take up to 2 working days to complete.

-The promotion is not redeemable for cash, transferable to another service, or exchangeable for any other discount or offer.

-The Village Goldsmith reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
