We had the pleasure of designing and hand crafting a bespoke pendant for Saskia Savea to gift to her husband, and world-famous rugby player, Ardie Savea for his birthday.
The design we created was a beautiful yellow and white gold Christian cross, with each point of the cross custom engraved with an initial to represent the beautiful family that Saskia and Ardie have created together. S for Saskia sits at the top of the cross, with A for Ardie down the bottom. The two sides of the cross are engraved with K, one for each of their children: Kobe and Keeon.
Within our onsite Wellington jewellery workshop, master craftsman, Heath, hand-forged the gold into the stunning statement cross pendant, as well as handcrafted each individual link in the pendant’s figaro style chain. Understandably, the process took many hours and was only possible due to the level of skill and experience of Heath as an expert jeweller, as well as an abundance of passion and love for his craft.
