The Floeting Diamond is a winner in the prestigious globally recognised 2022 Red Dot Design Award for Product Design in Essen, Germany. Over its history the Red Dot Design Awards have recognised outstanding and innovative design excellence across industries and countries.
Floeting was awarded for its launch collection of diamond studs, pendant necklace, and solitaire ring. Praised for its minimalist perfection, the product is described by the Red Dot team through "Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s dictum about perfection being achieved when there is nothing left to take away... The focus is on sparkling diamonds, set in a way that the entire attention is drawn to the brilliance of the gemstones. Almost invisible, the bezel is remarkable for more than one reason."
When we came into the possession of a 232 carat, natural blue, triangular cabochon topaz, we knew it was destined for a magnificent piece of jewellery. When one of the team described it as if you’re looking into a swirling ocean filled with all sorts of wonders, the story of Maui fishing up the North Island sprang to Ian’s mind.

The Inspired Jewellery Delicate Collection was named as a finalist for the Bridal Collection of the Year in the 2016 UK Jewellery Awards. The Patai ring was awared Bronze at the 2016 New Zealand Best Awards.
