The Marketing and Communications Specialist role is integral to how we grow and tell our story.
No two days are the same at The Village Goldsmith. Whether it’s designing a pendant for the most valuable diamond ever discovered in the USA, creating a piece for the Duchess of Sussex, collaborating with local, national and international artists, influencers and decision-makers, or presenting someone with their dream engagement ring, you will be exposed to and involved in unique and varied experiences to ignite your marketing career.
The Marketing and Communication Specialist works in our Marketing Team to develop a cohesive marketing strategy for our company - planning, coordinating and executing the marketing activities to achieve outcomes and goals.
We are looking for a confident person who has a natural flair for storytelling, creative writing or content creation, and experience in social media marketing and management, as well as marketing campaign planning and execution. The variety of work requires flexibility, excellent time management and organisational skills.
Evidence of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, journalism or equivalent is advantageous, as is an interest in jewellery. You must be technologically savvy and open to learning new digital tools, with analytical thinking and an attention to detail. Overall, a passion for clever ideas and enthusiasm is key.
