Palladium Rings

Palladium is a rare and lustrous silvery-white metal that, together with platinum, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium, form the group of elements known as the platinum group metals. Palladium is naturally white in appearance and so doesn’t require regular rhodium plating when used in palladium jewellery, as most white gold alloys do, to maintain its gorgeous silvery-white colour.

Palladium is strong and durable. It compares favourably with gold for durability. It has a low density, which means it weighs less than platinum - allowing bigger and bolder jewelry designs to be created and worn with ease.

Palladium Rings

Palladium is becoming the metal of choice for a growing number of fashion-forward jewellery designers and manufacturers, particularly in palladium rings, wedding bands and engagement jewellery. It is typically less expensive than platinum or gold, making it the preference for savvy shoppers who want affordable beautiful jewellery. Its a perfect alternative to platinum for a similar price as 9ct white gold without the inconvenience and cost of regular rhodium plating. However, it requires careful crafting by our experienced jewellers, as, like platinum, it is harder to work with than gold.

Palladium Wedding Rings

Palladium is becoming increasingly popular as a choice for men when it comes to choosing a wedding ring, as it provides the look of platinum without the much greater expense. It is also an elegant alternative to white gold in women’s wedding rings.
