The Village Goldsmith is delighted to announce that as of today, the 14th of May, our showroom doors have reopened! 

We can’t wait to see all of our wonderful customers again, both in our Wellington Showroom and with our Auckland Design Consultant. Our creative team and master craftsmen are excited to be back and working with you to discuss design ideas and possibilities, whether it’s redesigning and remaking something old, or creating something brand new, we’d love to catch up.

What Does Level 2 Mean for The Village Goldsmith?

Upon entry into our Wellington Showroom we will need customers to apply the provided hand sanitiser. We have joined the Wellington City Council initiative to assist with contact tracing by using the Rippl app . Scan our Rippl QR code when you enter the store and check out when you leave. This allows health officials to contact you if required. No contact data is kept by us or Rippl. If you prefer we can manually record your details for traceability purposes. We will maintain social distancing standards at all times - this may limit how many people can be in the store at one time. 

The Village Goldsmith team members will be adhering to strict health and safety protocols to ensure you and your jewellery are treated in the safest way possible. We have safe processes in place within our workshop, office and showroom, and especially within our packaging and gift wrapping, jewellery cleaning, and retail and jewellery handling services. 

Our opening hours for Level 2 are as follows:

Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday: 11am – 4pm
